II. Certified Food Manager One-Day Certification Course

This course is a review of food safety principles for those who have previously attended a Food Protection Management Course or have a solid understanding of food safety. The cost of this course is $79.00 and includes the course, certification examination, coursebook, and all course materials.

III. Food Manager Examination - Test Only!
Cost: $50.00
Description: The State Certified Food Manager Examination is offered in selected counties across the state. Some counties offering certification courses also open the test time for those wishing only to take the examination. The test-only option is recommended for those with a strong food safety background. The cost of $50 includes the certification examination only.
