What will I get out of taking this course?
Upon completion of this course you will receive a certificate of completion and if you pass the exam you will receive a Certified Food Manager's card from Texas Department of State Health Services.
What grade will I need to pass the exam?
Participants must receive a minimum grade of 74% that took the 06B version and 70% who took the 07A version to pass the exam.
What does my money get me?
Your money will get you the course materials, hands on learning, the Certified Food Managers exam and knowledge that will help you become a more successful food manager.

Our program is offered in over 90 counties across the state at various times of the year. Please search our website for the course nearest you.
Who teaches the course?
Texas AgriLife Extension Service agents teach this course. They have all been approved through Texas Department
of State Health Services for instructing and are all Certified Food Managers.
