Food Protection Management ( FoodSafety.tamu.edu )

The Food Protection Management Program offered by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service offers food safety education for retail food establishments in Texas. The Food Protection Management Program is accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services and prepares students for the state Certified Food Manager Exam.

Texas Agrilife Extension Service

Texas AgriLife Extension Service is an educational organization provided by the United States government, the Texas state government through the Texas A&M University System, and your Texas county government. There is a Texas AgriLife Extension Service office in all of the 254 counties in Texas.

Texas AgriLife Extension Service offers practical, how-to education based on university research. It's available to any resident of Texas. You may read it in the newspaper, hear it on the radio, attend an Extension workshop, order a publication, or just call your county Extension office!
